I like the moment dating stops feeling like an audition
The relationship starts getting interesting when both people can finally relax.
I understand why people want to impress each other at the beginning. I do it too.
But I do not want to stay in that mode forever. I want to know what someone is like when they are tired, goofy, distracted, excited about something random or completely unprepared to be charming.
That is also the version of myself I want to be able to show.
Comfort does not make attraction disappear for me. It makes the attraction feel more connected to the real person.
